Third Thursday Pop-ups

"Third Thursday" Park Pass Application Pop-Ups—Downtown Sacramento

California State Parks staff are accepting and processing applications for the discount pass programs listed below in-person at these events. Passes for applications approved at these events will be mailed to the passholder within one to two weeks.

• Disabled Discount Pass
• Distinguished Veteran Pass (This is the only place offering in-person processing.)
• Golden Bear Pass
• Limited Use Golden Bear Pass

Dates: The events take place on the third Thursday of the month. The following pop-up events are confirmed:

• September 19, 2024
• October 17, 2024
• November 21, 2024
• December 19, 2024

Time: 10am to 3pm

Location: Natural Resources Agency Lobby, 715 P Street, Sacramento, CA 95814

Prepare your pass application ahead of time. Review the application requirements and bring the necessary documents to prove eligibility. Please remember to bring any applicable payment. Check / money order made out to “CA Dept. Parks & Recreation” is preferred. Credit cards are also accepted.
