RFP Opening Advertisement for Silverwood Lake Marina Concession Opportunity
JULY 21, 2025 - California State Parks Concession Opportunity – The California Department of Parks and Recreation is accepting proposals for a 30-year concession contract for the operation of the marina at Silverwood Lake State Recreation Area (SRA). Proposals are due by 2:00 P.M. on December 3, 2025, at the Department of Parks and Recreation, 715 P Street, 13th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814. A pre-proposal meeting and tour will be held on August 21, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at Silverwood Lake SRA Marina at 13985 Sawpit Canyon Rd., Hesperia, CA 92345.
