Camping & Lodging

Disconnect from the demands of modern life and reconnect with nature and loved ones. Breathe in fresh air from the aromatic forests, enjoy food cooked over a campfire, stargaze away from city lights, and wake up to the sounds of nature. Make memories that will last a lifetime! Whether it's near the beach, alongside a mighty redwood or by a shimmering lake – this is life the way it should be. This is camping at California State Parks!

Many campgrounds fill up fast, so be sure to make your reservation up to six months in advance. Along with campsite fees, reservations booked through ReserveCalifornia.com, State Parks’ official reservation service, also require a non-refundable processing fee that goes toward operating the reservation system
