In an effort to improve communication between the Refugio JG Program and you, the parents, we have developed a reply policy of 24 hours - during the program week. Depending on the nature of your request we may not be able to appropriately answer your question in that 24 hour period, if that is the case you will receive an email or text that acknowledges our receipt of your message within 24 hours. We will then provide you with an answer to your request as quickly as possible.
