Vessel Speed Restriction on Folsom Lake lifted Beginning 02/04/2025

Due to rising levels, the vessel speed restriction on Folsom Lake is no longer in effect, beginning Tuesday February 4th, 2025. This restriction is enacted when the water level is at or below 400 feet in elevation. 

Additionally, the Stage 1 Launch Ramp at Granite Bay has been opened due to the rising water. Currently the only available launch ramp at Folsom Lake is the Hobie Cove Ramp at Browns Ravine and the Granite Bay Stage 1 boat launch ramp.
