Sign up for a Guided Kayak Tour at Sugar Pine Point State Park with THIS REGISTRATION FORM. PRE-REGISTRATION is required. September's kayak schedule is pedning nad dependent on weather.
Due to polular demand we kindly request that you join us only once, so that more park visitors can experience this guided tour.
(Make sure to fill out the quantity box at the top of the registration form for the entirety of your group!)
*Participants must be at least 12 years old and accompanied by a parent/guardian* There is no cost for Guided Kayak Tours at Sugar Pine Point State Park.
Submission of this registration is not confirmation of availability. Tour confirmation will be sent within one week of your tour date.
Tour Dates in 2025: Fridays at 8:10am and 9:50am and Saturdays at 8:40am. Please arrive on time or your spot will be given away.
Details: Tours are limited to twelve participants with three leaders. We supply your kayak, paddle, and mandatory personal floatation device (pfd). You supply any personal medications, water, and snacks. Tours are 1 hour long with 30 minutes of kayaking instruction/getting comfortable in the water beforehand. Interpretive topics include the natural and cultural history of Sugar Pine Point State Park and Lake Tahoe, flora and fauna, and anything else you'd like to learn about!
Liability waivers must be completed prior to arrival. Participants 17 and younger must have waiver signed by a parent or guardian. SIGN HERE.
