SCOPE CHANGES

During the contract performance period, the grantee must submit any proposed change or alteration from the original grant scope(s) in writing to the Project Officer for prior approval from the state. This applies to any and all proposed changes that will occur after the state has approved the application. Changes in the grant scope(s) must first be approved in writing by the state.
