Traffic Delays on U.S. Highway 199 near Patricks’ Creek

Park visitors traveling on U.S. Highway 199 should be aware that Caltrans will be doing construction work near Patricks’ Creek (post mile 20.3 and 24.4) starting as early as May 1, 2026. Traffic delays through the corridor will include 4-hour closures from 10-2pm, Tuesday-Thursday. While the exact schedule for these closures has not yet been finalized, visitors can see up to date information via quickmap.dot.ca.gov.
