North Granite Bay Vehicle Access

The North Granite Bay area of Folsom Lake will be reopening April 1, 2026 to vehicle traffic Monday through Friday. 

On March 28, 2026 access to the Granite Bay Horse Assembly will be open along with the new entrance road to Granite Bay Main Beach.  This new entrance is approximately 100 yards north of the existing entrance which will permanently close due to dam construction.  Visitors to the area should use caution and avoid entering any construction zone.
