Fire Ban - Campfires and charcoal briquettes are banned in the day use areas of all California State Parks in the Sierra District due to high fire danger.  Gas or propane grills are permitted.  Registered campers may burn charcoal and wood safely inside the provided fire pits and stoves located within their campsites. 
NOTE: All wood and charcoal burning in the campground will be suspended on forecasted RED FLAG WARNING high fire danger events.
