Saturday Discovery Table

Stop by on your way to or back from your outdoor adventure and learn about nature in the park. Topics will change/rotate for different dates. Park staff will be there to answer questions and offer recommendations on where to explore further. Tables will have specimens and activities and there will be a reading corner and artists' corner for those with the time and wish to explore in a quieter, more relaxed style.

 

For the bird table, there will be taxidermy bird specimens, bird bingo sheets, information on birding apps, bird/birding books & guides, and a spotting scope to take a closer look at any real birds that are around.

 

We will be set up next to the Pantoll restrooms.
