Portions of the RFP may be viewed online; however,  the electronic RFP edition (2 mb .pdf file) does not include the Concession Application form. 

Proposers must purchase a copy of the RFP and attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting in order to submit a proposal.  A copy of the complete RFP can be purchased at a cost of Seventy Five Dollars ($75.00) by contacting the City of Grover Beach, 154 S. Eighth Street, Grover Beach, CA 93433, (805) 473-4567.

To ensure that all potential bidders are provided with errata and/or addenda, you must submit your name and phone number when you request an application.  If you fail to submit your contact information, the City of Grover Beach and State cannot be held responsible for providing notice of any changes or additions.
