California State Parks issues over 150,000 passes annually. Please help us help you by reviewing our FAQs and the information at www.parks.ca.gov/passes prior to submitting your question.
There are many outlets for purchasing passes.
- Purchases at a California State Park: For any questions related to a pass purchased at a California State Park, please contact that park directly: www.parks.ca.gov/Find-a-Park.
- Online Annual Pass Purchases: For any questions about a purchase made through the California State Parks Store, please contact them here: store.parks.ca.gov/contact-us/.
- ReserveCalifornia Account: For issues related to your ReserveCalifornia.com account, you can contact them here: reservecalifornia.com/Web/ContactUs.aspx. Only address updates for Disabled Discount and Distinguished Veteran pass holder should be sent through the form below. All others can be done through ReserveCalifornia.
Responses typically take place within two to three business days; however, we are currently experiencing a surge and responses may take as long as two weeks.
