Montara State Beach Martini Creek Parking Lot Improvements

Montara, CA – California State Parks is constructing a new paved parking lot with accessible parking and picnic area. The parking lot is located adjacent to Highway 1 at the Martini Creek portion of Montara State Beach. This project, beginning onApril 26, 2018 is projected to be completed in approximately four weeks.
The parking lot will remain closed during construction, which will affect approximately 30 parking spaces. Alternative parking and beach access will be available from the southern access point near the La Costanera restaurant.
Funding for the new parking lot is made possible through the Recreational Use Grant Program of the Cosco Busan Oil Spill Settlement, and by California State Parks.
