Junior Rangers at Silver Strand SB

Saturdays 1:30-2:15 pm

Ages: 7-12 

What to bring: a parent or guardian, drinking water, walking shoes, sun protection, and a positive attitude! 

What we’ll do: Meet a State Park Interpreter for hands on learning about Silver Strand's cultural and natural resources to join our elite group of Junior Rangers! Each Junior Ranger class earns participants a stamp in their logbook - collect stamps across many State Parks and earn souvenirs for your efforts all while having some fun and meeting fellow park enthusiasts! Topics vary but may be repeated. Campers and walk-in guests welcome.

 Location: Park at lot #3, Junior Rangers program will be held the bay side. Go through the pedestrian underpass, meet near the lawn and picnic tables north of the Crown Cove Aquatic Center.
