Description and Image: Join a docent at Santa Susana Pass State Historic Park for a hike through the Santa Susana Mountains. Discover the rich natural and historic landscape this area has to offer from its ancient quarry and Indigenous culture to the legendary Butterfield Overland Stagecoach route. You'll also learn how this unique environment provides a home for an abundant variety of native wildlife. 

• Location: Meet at Andora trail head. 

• Hike Leader: Maria 

• Difficulty Level: Difficult 

• Length: 1.5 miles 

• What to bring: Plenty of water, long-sleeved shirt and pants, walking stick, and closed-toed shoes.

*Important Note*: Rain, temperatures exceeding 90° F, red flag warnings, or dense fog will cancel the hike. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Leashed dogs are welcomed.
