The Park Impact Partners Program (PIPP) supports district offices by helping develop partnership agreements related to operation of park units including operating agreements with public and nonprofit partners, Joint Powers Authority agreements (JPAs), and Memorandums of Understanding (MOU). Additionally, PIPP works with districts and departmental divisions in developing agreements that utilize support from our statewide partners such as Parks California, California State Parks Foundation, and Save the Redwoods League. While executed agreements are managed by the relevant district and/or division, Partnerships continues to provide support in reporting compliance, researching complex questions, and helping with issues as needed.
