Registration for Junior Guards will open April 1st, 2026; please contact the coordinator for more details.  Registration is on a first come, first serve basis, as there are a limited number of slots available.  Applicants MUST be 8 years old before the session begins.

Summer 2026 will mark our 11th year offering Junior Lifeguards on the North Coast please read the following to understand which sessions are right for your family. 

There will be 1 week programs available throughout the Summer in Trinidad and Crescent City, we are attempting to make our program as incluvisve and convenient as possible. If your family has a scheduling conflict, any questions regarding a 1st time program participant, reccomendations for a wetsuit or any thing else at all please do not hesitate to contact the program coordinator (shannon.ingram@parks.ca.gov).
