As of March 27th, 2025, our office will not be accepting any new Special Event Permit Applications for special events taking place between the months of April 2025 through July 2025.

To obtain a Special Event permit, please fill out and complete the Goldfields District Special Event Application, then submit it to the Special Event Coordinator's email. Special Event Permit requests should be submitted 45 days prior to the event date. Late fees will apply to any inquiry received less than 30 days prior to the event date. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
Film Permits are arranged on an individual basis through the California Film Commission. For additional information please call (323) 860-2960
