Online Application Steps

For Disabled Discount, Distinguished Veteran, Golden Bear, and Senior Golden Bear Passes:

 

Submitting Your Application

Apply online through www.ReserveCalifornia.com using the following steps: 

1. Click on 'Applications' at the top.  
2. You'll need to create an account or log into an existing one (this will allow you to book reservations online using your pass benefits).  
3. Once logged in, you'll see a blue/green banner on the passes page that says, 'Apply for a Discount Pass', click 'Apply now'.
4. Select the pass type you are applying for and click ‘Apply’.  
5. Next, you'll upload documents and submit your application.  

 

Post Approval Steps

Once reviewed and approved by the Parks Pass Office, you'll receive an email to log in and purchase your pass.

1. Return to Reserve California. 
2. Click on ‘Passes’ at the top. 
3. Under ‘Select Pass,’ choose the appropriate pass for which you applied.  
4. Finish completing the form. Click ‘Add to Cart’ and complete the process.  
5. Your pass benefit will be immediately available under ‘Your Passes’ within your account. The physical pass will be mailed to the address on file, after purchase is completed.
