Thanksgiving Gratitude Hike

Still need plans for Thanksgiving? Join us to work up an appetite on November 27th at 11am in Samuel P. Taylor State Park!

Focus on all that there is to be grateful for during this 90 minute guided hike to Stairstep Falls. Participants can expect a slow paced walk along the Devils Gulch tributary with mild incline and potentially wet conditions.

Hikers will meet state park staff at the “Devils Gulch” sign. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, at the dirt lot across from the Devils Gulch entrance. Type “Devils Gulch Fire Road Trailhead” into a GPS service for directions. Participants should bring reliable footwear, water, and layers for varied weather.Nature journals and binoculars are encouraged.
