School Programs and Reservations

Self-Guided School Groups

Review the Self-Guided School Visit section below. 

• Select the day and time of your visit.
  • You are able to select multiple days if you plan on coming more than once this school year. 
• When prompted, complete the intake form with your contact information and details about your school. 
• Once you "Confirm Appointment", you will receive an email confirming the details you submitted. 
• Two weeks before your visit the Old Town Education Team will email you with additional details about your trip such as confirming which museums will be open. 

Parking is free in the park up to 4 hours. Bus parking is NOT provided for self-guided school groups.

Guided School Groups 

Review the Guided School Group options below:

• California Time Travelers Program
  • Designed for 4th graders.
• Explore the Past Tour
  • Grades: K-12.
• Blacksmith Experience 
  • Grades: K-12. 

*multiple programs can be scheduled in the same day, see available days and times below* 

• Select the day and time of your visit. 
• When prompted, complete the intake form with your contact information and details about your school. 
• Once you "Confirm Appointment", you will receive an email confirming the details you submitted. 
• The Old Town Education Team will send your contract and invoice shortly.
  • A non-refundable 50% deposit and signed contract are due within 10 business days of booking your field trip. 
  • Your final payment is due 10 business days before the date of your program/tour/experience. 
• Two weeks before your visit the Old Town Education Team will email you with additional details about your trip such as what to bring, and bus or car parking.
