Wherever you are from, your students can have a meaningful, real-time learning experience with our park through the Parks Online Resources for Teachers and Students (PORTS) program. Virtual field trips to Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park will introduce your students to the magestic old growth redwood forests and the vital importance of healthy watersheds. Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park offers live PORTS programs during the Fall and Spring school season. Virtual PORTS Programs
Bring the Parks to your classroom! These interactive virtual programs allow students to learn about California's cultural and natural resources from the comfort of their classroom. Programs are usually 45 minutes long with some time at the end for questions.
