Tours

Want to find out everything there is to know about Old Town San Diego State Historic Park? With the many different tour options available, you can see all there is to see and learn everything about San Diego's past whether you prefer to wander at your own pace or go on a more structured tour.

Free Public Walking Tours are are provided daily at 11am & 2pm as staffing permits. Tours are approximately 45 minutes and are limited to 18 individuals on a first come, first serve basis. Signups are located at the front desk of the Robinson Rose Visitor Information Center.

PRIVATE TOURS

For groups of 10 or more wishing to book a private tour, please email the park at oldtown.sandiego@parks.ca.gov. 

Fee: $100 per 20 guests

SCHOOL GROUPS

For schools and other institutions, we have our Digital Educational Program page, where you can find tours made to teach San Diego's early history in a fun and interesting way.

Museum Hours:

Depending on the day of the week, some museums will be closed for your visit. Call the Robinson Rose Visitor Center on the day of the trip to confirm what museums are open that day. 

 *machado y silvas adobe & san dirgo union will be closed April 15 -April 17th for scheduled maintenance.
