Jr Ranger Program: Print the News

Excited to become an official Junior Ranger? Join California State Park interpreters in exploring California's rich cultural heritage, vast biodiversity, and unique natural resources as you collect stamps from parks all across the State. First time Jr Rangers will recieve logbooks to begin their journey!

This month, Jr Rangers can join us in the San Diego Union Museum and explore the worders of an 1800s print shop. Discover the birthplace of the San Diego Union Tribune newspaper, see an original printing press, and learn the ins and outs of of working in a print shop. Come discover Califorinas rich cultural heritage and become a Jr. Ranger at Old Town San Diego State Historic Park. 

Sign up at the Robinson Rose Visitor Center until 11:30 or at the program site, space permitting.  Maximum of 12 Children ages 7 – 12 years.
