Description: This public campfire program is set at Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook’s amphitheater area, overlooking the city below. The event is co-lead between a park interpreter and our park partners Nature Nexus Institute. We feature hands-on, themed, family friendly activities and interactions, a guided nature stroll, children’s storybook time, followed by delicious s’more making. Our campfires are an amazing opportunity to enjoy and learn about nature and history within our city. Join us as we make lasting memories with family and friends as we bring the community together in a safe and inclusive space. Every 3rd Saturday of the month! (Minors are required to be accompanied by parent or guardian).
