Our expert guide will share how converging cultures that transformed San Diego from a Kumeyaay village to a Mexican pueblo to an American Settlement. Hear stories about early trade, military life, and settlers and Kumeyaay people who shaped this vibrant community. We’ll visit original adobe homes, historic gardens, and hidden gems where you can immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and culture of 19th-century San Diego.
