ANNUAL PUBLIC MEETING AT CHINA CAMP STATE PARK

(SAN RAFAEL CA.).--The Friends of China Camp (FOCC) operators of China Park State Park, and California State Parks will host a public meeting to present a report on the past year’s park operations. The event will be held Saturday, November 8, at10:00 a.m. at the park’s China Camp Village, 101 Peacock Gap Trail, San Rafael, CA 94901.
FOCC Board Members will outline accomplishments in 2014 and discuss their exciting plans for 2015. There will be opportunity for public comment and refreshments will be served following the meeting.
This is the second year that FOCC has operated the park via an operating agreement with California State Parks as outlined in AB 42, the legislation which made possible for non-profits to operate state parks.
