National Lighthouse Day
Saturday, August 5 from 5 to 9 pm
Celebrate National Lighthouse Day like it’s 1872 when Pigeon Point Lighthouse first illuminated its beacon! Enjoy 19th century games and lighthouse crafts. Join us for a guided tour of the grounds and learn about the history of the point and the construction of one of the tallest lighthouses in California. Stay after sunset to see the beautiful first order Fresnel lens lit up in the Fog Signal Building and do some stargazing.
