Join a State Park Interpreter to view interesting biofacts and models, ask questions and enjoy some time learning about the special marine residents who call South Carlsbad State Beach Home.

There is no day-use parking at South Carlsbad State Beach campgrounds. There is parking on the streets around the park and at the North Ponto lot, though they are at a distance from the event location.
