Do you have what it takes to help protect our California State Parks? Come and find out with the Junior Rangers program! Children ages 7-12 will have the opportunity to participate in various activities all while learning about the beautiful state of California. Younger siblings may attend, with parents. Younger children will receive a stamp, if requested, but won't be sworn in. Meet our Interpretive Specialists at the amphitheater (Campground Center) to partake in the fun! 

There is no day-use parking at South Carlsbad State Beach campgrounds. There is parking on the streets around the park and at the North Ponto lot, though they are at a distance from the event location.
