Running is For the Birds 2025

Join Bolsa Chica State Beach and the Amigos de Bolsa Chica for a unique fitness experience at the beach. Come to “plog” or pick up trash while jogging on this 5K/10K/kids fun run.

Not a jogger? No problem! Join the beach cleanup at your own pace or come to race fair to learn more about the local birds, wetlands, and environmental stewardship going on at Bolsa Chica. Sign up for the Running is for the Birds event online to save your spot.
