The Great Basin District office also offers brochures, maps, educational displays, and other information about the recreational opportunities found in and around the Antelope Valley.  The office is located in the Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve west of Lancaster. From Hwy 14, take the Avenue I exit, and go west for 13 miles. Avenue I becomes Lancaster Road, and the Reserve entrance is on the right. The District Office is halfway up the park entrance road, on the right. The office is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
