Bidwell Mansion State Historic Park celebrates Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month with Special Tours

Chico, CA  - Special tours will be offered during the month of May to celebrate Asian-Pacific American Heritage Month. The tours will be offered each Saturday and Monday at 10 a.m. and will focus on the unique relationship between John and Annie Bidwell and the Chinese community in Chico.

Highlighted on the tour will be the extensive collection of Asian artifacts in the Bidwell Mansion and historic photographs including the history of support of the Chinese people by John and Annie Bidwell.

These special tours will be available at 10 a.m. on Saturdays, May 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30 and Mondays May 4, 11, 18, and 25. The cost for the tours is $6.00 per adult and $3 for children 5-17 years of age.
