California State Parks Announces Lake Perris State Recreation Area Concession Opportunity

Perris, CA.– California State Parks is now accepting proposals for a ten-year concession contract to develop and operate an aerial trail system (zipline) within Lake Perris State Recreation Area (SRA) located in Riverside County, California.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks a qualified party to plan, design, permit, construct, operate and maintain the aerial trail system. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. on August 4, 2014 at the Department of Parks and Recreation, 1416 9th Street, Room 1442-7, Sacramento, California, 95814.

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on May 7, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Lake Perris State Recreation Area, Lake View Pavilion, Parking Lot 9, 17801 Lake Perris Drive, Perris, California 92571. Interested parties are requested to confirm their attendance at the pre-proposal meeting by calling (Kelly Elliott at 951-940-5622) no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 30, 2015.
