Grace Episcopal Church is a Gothic Revival-style church in Boulder Creek, Santa Cruz County that was constructed in 1906. The property was listed at the local level of significance under Criterion C as a good example of Gothic Revival architecture in Boulder Creek. The first Gothic Revival churches appeared in the United States the 1800s and it remained a popular style for religious architecture into the 1900s. The style is characterized by steeply pitched gable roofs, arched porches, tracery elements, and pointed arched entries and windows. Grace Episcopal Church is a good example of the style in its most simple form and without a lot of ornamentation. The property no longer functions as a religious property but it does meet Criterion Consideration A, Religious Properties because it is listed for its architectural qualities and not for the religious doctrine.
