JOSEPH DEBENEDETTI BUILDING
The Joseph Debenedetti Building was constructed in 1906, several months after the San Francisco earthquake, in the central business district of Half Moon Bay. The ground floor was commercial space and the second floor living space for Joseph Debenedetti. The building was listed for its association with Joseph Debenedetti who lived in the second floor from 1906 until his death in 1914 and was a prominent Half Moon Bay businessman, civic leader, real estate developer, and San Mateo County Supervisor.
