Tickets for this event are available at the Soper Reese box office (open on Fridays, 10:30 – 5:30), The Travel Center in the Shoreline Shopping Center in Lakeport, (open Monday – Friday, 9 -5) and at the Tallman Hotel in Upper Lake (seven days a week.) Pat Ickes and Bound to Ride is a Northern California-based band that performs original and contemporary bluegrass and acoustic music. Since 2003, the band has been entertaining audiences at many of the best bluegrass venues in the region with original and traditional music. Bound to Ride is receiving national acclaim as well as an avid local following. Don’t miss an opportunity to sit back and listen to the sounds of these fine musicians,
The Anderson Family Band, from Grass Valley, California, has been a popular crowd-pleasing northern California bluegrass band since their start in early 2005. Mark and Christy Anderson and their four kids, Paige, Aimee, Ethan (Bo) and Daisy, are making new friends and fans every day with its unbeatable combination of outstanding lead and harmony singing, impressive instrumental abilities, savvy stagecraft and boundless energy and charisma.
Opening the show will be Owen and Jillian Johnsen, third place winners in the Cloverdale fiddle contest, accompanied by their grandfather, Randy Johnsen on guitar. Up next will be Rafael Contreras, first place winner accompanied by local musician, Don Coffin. The Anderson Family will perform before intermission, then Pat Ickes and Bound to Ride will finish out the evening.
Thorn Hill Winery will be pouring wine. Snacks will be available for purchase.
