Anza-Borrego Desert SP: Hike-Ash Wash

Join Volunteer Naturalists Paul Larson and Ted Caragozian for a moderately strenuous hike over uneven and rocky ground to a spectacular exposure of the 760,000 year-old Bishop Ash. Wear sturdy shoes. Bring water and a light lunch. Meet at the end of the pavement north on DiGiorgio Road. Begins at 9am and lasts 4 hours.
