Discover the rainbows of spring flowers in Trione-Annadel State Park with Volunteer Interpretive Naturalist and Hike Leader John Lynch. John will provide wildflower identification and describe uses of plants in our wildland environment. The route will include approximately 450 foot elevation gain over about 4 miles of varied trails. This route begins and ends at Channel Drive Parking Lot (Richardson Trailhead) -- and may include sightings of wildlife. Day use fee is $7 per car ($6 for seniors). Bring water and snack, camera, wildflower guides if you have them, Audubon Wildflower app on your phone for identification, or iNaturalist to share flowers with others and help identification. Apps and books are recommended not required.
