Thursday through Monday in April from 10 am to 4 pm

Watch and observe as the grey whales migrate north near the coastline with their calves at Pigeon Point Light Station State Historic Park. Thursday through Monday in April from 10 am to 4 pm volunteers will be available to help spot whales and to answer questions about their annual migration. Dolphins, harbor seals, and sea otters are also commonly spied near shore waters. While you are there, you can also learn about the other marine life that frequent the area, the history of the lighthouse and more. Do not miss the First Order Fresnel lens on display in the Fog Signal Building. For more information, call the park at (650) 879-2120 or visit online at www.parks.ca.gov/PigeonPoint
