Tryouts & Uniform Sales

TRYOUTS ARE FOR FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS ONLY

Where:

     Ventura Aquatic Center - See Maps Page

When:
     Saturday, May 18,  9am - 12pm
     Saturday, June 1, 12pm - 3pm

Tryout Consist of:

     100 yard swim under 3 minutes.
     Any stroke may be used.

     10 yard underwater swim.

     3 minute tread water.

No appointment necessary to tryout.  Tryouts do not take 3 hours, drop in when convenient.   

If you are unable to attend a tryout date because you live out of the area, please contact carrie.johnson@parks.ca.gov for alternative solutions.

If you are unable to attend a tryout, makeups will take place on Saturday June 15 from 9am - 10am at San Buenaventura SB, program site.  Final option is on the first day of each program at 8am. 

Uniforms will be available for sale at all tryouts and upon request after the first day of each session.  See Uniform page for the cost of each item and requirements.
