Dos Rios Ranch - Modesto, CA - Final Filing Date - 11/12/2023
FULL TIME Management Services Technician: The position will report to San Luis Reservoir until infrastructure is in place at Dos Rios Ranch. This position will work under the supervision of the Senior Park and Recreation Specialist. This position is responsible for assisting the Dos Rios Ranch administrative function. The primary duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining an accounting program to account for allocated funds, purchasing, compiling and inputting data, submitting statistical reports, reviewing timesheets, answering telephones, and providing visitor information. Duties may also include selling park passes, processing park revenue, and maintaining files.
Salary Range: $3,130.00 - $4,428.00 per month plus benifits

Calaveras Big Trees State Park - Arnold, CA - Final Filing Date - 11/24/2023
FULL TIME State Park Interpreter II: Calaveras Big Trees SP, located in the Sierra Nevada foothills of California, is seeking an experienced park interpreter to serve as the park’s interpretative program lead. The state park is home to one of the few natural groves of giant sequoia trees in California with dozens of miles of trails and campsites accessible to park visitors. Key responsibilities of the position will include oversight of seasonal and permanent staff as well as interpretive programs including the parks visitor center, campfire programs, guided walks, Junior Ranger programs, K-12 school programs, special events and welcome stations. This position will also act as the lead coordinator for over 100 volunteers that support the interpretive programs. The State Park Interpreter II will work under the direction of the State Park Interpreter III of the Central Valley District and will regularly work alongside cultural, ranger, concession, and maintenance staff to meet parl goals and objectives. The reporting location for this position is Calaveras Big Trees State Park in Arnold, CA.
Salary: $5,028.00 - $6,296.00 per month
