The Junior Lifeguard Program introduces young people to safe aquatic recreational opportunities. The program is designed to improve physical condition and gain a greater understanding and respect for the environment, themselves, their parents and peers. This mission is accomplished through activities that include: team building, open water swimming, beach running, paddle boarding, hiking, kayaking, first aid / CPR training, aquatic rescue techniques all while having FUN!
