California Beach Restoration Study

In conformance with AB 64 (Ducheny), Chapter 798, Statutes of 1999, Section 69.8 of the Harbors and Navigation Code, the Division of Boating and Waterways and the State Coastal Conservancy submitted a report to the Legislature that discusses the following required subjects:

  • Activities Undertaken Under the California Public Beach Restoration Act Program
  • Need for Continued Funding of the Public Beach Restoration Program
  • Effectiveness of the Program
  • Ways to Increase the Natural Sediment Supply
