Program Overview

Through the Cooperating Associations Program, California State Parks has valuable relationships with more than 80 cooperating associations authorized pursuant to Public Resources Code 513. The association on this page is one of these official, charitable organizations. Like other associations it is dedicated to enhancing the educational and interpretive programs in California State Parks. Cooperating associations are related to, but independent of the state parks they serve and are recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organizations.

Many cooperating associations have websites. California State Parks encourages you to visit these websites, however does not guarantee the content, timeliness or accuracy of the material on these sites.
