Asilomar Conference Grounds

The Asilomar Conference Grounds are managed by a hospitality concessionaire that oversees 312 guest rooms located in 30 buildings in a campus layout; a dining hall offering three meals a day in a fixed menu format; a small gift shop; and a complex of meeting and conference rooms.  The original concession contract term ended May 2007, and the contract continues under a month-to-month tenancy.
