This program is designed to enable participants to structure learning courses in the work environment. Participants work with design formats, visual aids, materials, resources, learning objectives, coaching skills, and adult learning theory to develop learning designs that can be used at their work location or the Mott Training Center.

This training will assist participants in developing basic techniques to facilitate a wide variety of group interactions ranging from employee meetings to public hearings. This concept of facilitation development emphasizes the knowledge and skills necessary for participants to conduct problem solving, group development, conflict resolution, and planning sessions.
