Program Status - July 2, 2001
Copies of the Per Capita Finalized Procedural Guide are now available!

The guide explains policies and procedures for applying for Per Capita funds. All eligible applicants must have a fully executed contract with the Department prior to June 30, 2003.
URCC - Urban Recreational and Cultural Centers, Museums, and Facilities for Wildlife or Environmental Education Program Finalized Procedural Guide are now available!
The nomination period is now closed. Only nominated projects will proceed to the next phase of the URCC grant process. Applications and guides will be sent to all nominated eligible projects. The Department must receive complete project applications by November 1, 2001.
Riparian and Riverine Program Draft Guide will be available for public comment in July.
Public hearings are planned for Summer 2001. Final Procedural Guide availability is projected to be October 2001. The Department must receive complete project applications by February 1, 2002. Funds for this program are anticipated to be in the July 2002 State Budget.
Murray-Hayden Program (Urban Youth Services)
Public hearings on the draft procedural guide will be held in the summer of 2001. Final Procedural Guide availability is projected to be early October 2001. The Department must receive complete project applications by May 1, 2002.
Roberti-Z'Berg-Harris Program Funds are anticipated to be in the July 2001 State Budget.
Block grant allocations have been determined and contracting will follow immediately after fund appropriation. Final Guide availability is projected to be July /August 2001. The Department must receive complete project applications for competitive grants by November 1, 2001.
The Finalized Non-Motorized Trails Procedural Guide is now available!
The Department must receive complete project applications by October 1, 2001. NOTE: For your convenience this application deadline coincides with the Federal Recreational Trails Program application deadline!
