Vehicle Day Use Annual Pass Exceptions

The Vehicle Day Use Annual Pass will not be honored at Off-Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation areas designated as OHV units.  Only OHV Vehicle Day Use Annual Passes are valid at OHV units.

The pass is not valid at units operated by local government, private agencies or concessionaires. It is not valid for camping, boat use, oversize vehicle fees, extra vehicle fees, per-person entry or tour fees such as Hearst San Simeon State Historical Monument, California State Railroad Musem, etc. or supplemental fees such as swimming pools and sanitation dump use. 

The pass is not valid for commercial use.  State Park admittance and use are subject to available space.  Pass holders may be required to pay separate or additional fees.

All sales are final.  No refunds, replacements or exchanges will be made for any reason, including but not limited to:  lost, theft or environmental conditions such as low water levels, fire, park closures or inclement weather.
